DO YOU CHARGE ANY UP FRONT FEES?

At the present time, we do not charge any upfront fees, but we do require an authorized credit card on file. This credit card is used to pay for membership fees for various lending institutions that we submit your file to. The fees are nominal and range fro $5 - $20 at most. At any given time, we will submit your application to up to, but no more than 5 lenders or lendng sources.
